About tripvue
A demand map for NYC rideshare & taxi drivers — a service of Alignix LLC.
tripvue is a subscription web app that shows New York City rideshare, taxi, and for-hire drivers where and when trips tend to cluster — by zone, hour, and day. It is built for drivers deciding where to position themselves. It is not a travel-planning or trip-booking app, and it does not book rides, provide navigation, or serve passengers.
What tripvue does
- Maps predicted rideshare and taxi demand across NYC's zones, so drivers can see where activity typically picks up next.
- Highlights likely wheelchair-accessible-vehicle (WAV) demand as a distinct signal, for drivers who serve those trips.
- Shows driver amenities on the same map — public restrooms, FHV relief stands, EV charging, and transit — so a break or charge is easier to plan.
- Lets drivers contribute what they see on the road (for example, whether a restroom is open) to help other drivers.
tripvue describes typical demand patterns; it is not a guarantee of trips or earnings, and it does not pay or administer any platform bonus.
Where our data comes from
Our demand patterns are built from public New York City trip records published by the NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC), together with public NYC Open Data for the map's amenity layers. tripvue is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the TLC, Uber, Lyft, or any ride-hailing platform.
Who makes tripvue
tripvue is built and operated by Alignix LLC, a company based in New York, and was created by an active NYC rideshare driver to solve a problem drivers face every shift: knowing where the work is. We are a small, independent team based in New York City.
