Accessibility

Last updated: August 5, 2026

tripvue is a service of Alignix LLC. We want every NYC driver to be able to use tripvue, including drivers with disabilities. We are committed to making our website and app accessible and to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our standard.

What we do

  • Build our pages with semantic structure — proper headings, landmarks, and labels — so they work with screen readers and other assistive technology.
  • Support keyboard-only navigation for our core sign-up, sign-in, and account flows.
  • Aim for sufficient color contrast and readable text throughout the interface.
  • Provide text descriptions for meaningful images and skip decorative media.
  • Test with accessibility tools as part of building and updating tripvue.

Known limitations

The heart of tripvue is an interactive demand map, which is an inherently visual tool and is difficult to convey fully through a screen reader. We are working to make the information the map shows — where and when demand is expected — available in accessible ways over time. If a specific part of tripvue is not usable for you, please tell us (below) and we will help and prioritize a fix.

Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using any part of tripvue because of a disability, or you have a suggestion to make it more accessible, email us at legal@tripvue.ai. Please tell us the page or feature and what happened, and we will get back to you and work to resolve it. We welcome your feedback.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task. As we add features we continue to test and improve, and we review this statement as tripvue evolves.
